Recipe Development for Tilda Rice
The recipe is vegetarian and gluten-free. I was chosen specifically to develop a recipe because gluten-free recipes have been popular with Tilda’s audience recently.
Looking at trends towards unusual breakfast foods, I developed a recipe for Biryani Brunch, which was very well received.
Due to a tight deadline the project was turned around in less than a week, from initial contact to a tested and proof-read, website-ready recipe and two high quality, edited images.
At the time of writing, the recipe was the second organic result for the search ‘Biryani Brunch’ in Google, giving Tilda great search engine exposure for that specific keyword, whilst helping to build their wider search engine ranking. The recipe has also had 270+ likes and 20+ shares through organic reach on Facebook alone.

“Zoe has been a pleasure to work with on every occasion. Her recipe shots are beautiful and the care she takes to craft wholesome dishes, full of flavour, really shows. We look forward to working with her again soon”

Tilda were so pleased with my recipe development that I have since been asked to contribute to their Big Hearted Cook Book. You can see a sample of the recipe I developed and photographed for the eBook below:
